Wednesday 11th September beginning at 10.15am to 11:30pm & Thursday 12th, 9:00am to 5.30pm.
The conference is a two day event and formally begins with registration at 9:00am on Wednesday September 11th followed by two plenary sessions. In the evening a cocktail reception and dinner with investor introductions will take place. Thursday 12th of September begins with breakfast at 8.00am, followed by a final plenary session, investment candidates presentations, and will be closed with cocktails at 4:30pm.
The conference is exclusively for fund and corporate venture investors in the energy sector only and attendance at the conference is by invitation only. New registration passwords will be emailed to a database of investors and registrants will need these passwords to complete the registration process and update their contact details. If you are either an independent fund or corporate venture capital investor in the energy sector and you do not have a password, we would kindly ask you to send us an email with your full contact details, website and a description of your firm.
Individual Attendees: CHF 2'200
Fees include: Participation in the conference, conference papers, refreshments and the gala dinner. Please complete the online registration process. We only accept Credit Card payments and in case of cancellation or changes we reserve the right to charge serviced fees incurred by bank transactions. In rare specific cases we can arrange for invoice payments, but again we reserve the right to charge a handling fee. The fees do NOT include accommodation. Please see the section entitled 'Accommodation' for further details. The registration fee includes Swiss VAT @ 8% and it is not possible for the Energy Venture Forum to waive VAT.
A Screening Committee composed of some of the conference partners will select 10-15 exciting energy technology ventures across Europe and Overseas. Industry sectors covered include renewable energy, distributed energy, energy efficiency and energy & carbon services. To apply click here.
The working language of the conference is English. Presentations, by both the speakers and presenting companies, as well as the conference literature will be in English only.
Rooms for conference attendees have been pre-reserved at local Hotel's. Additional information can be found under 'Accommodation'.

Payment are to be made via our online ticketing system by credit card or by requesting payment by invoice. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a handling fee for invoice payments and payments must be received prior to the conference.
Cancellations received prior to the event in writing will be refunded. We ask that you cancel your participation as soon as you know as there is normally a waiting list due to limited participant numbers at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue.
